Advenxa UK is currently hiring Male Staff Nurses (open to any nationality) to provide occupational health and first-aid support to employees, manage workplace injuries, and support health, safety, and wellness programs for a leading multi-speciality hospital in Sultanate of Oman. The candidates must hold a valid Advanced EMT (Advanced Emergency Medical Technician) Certification in addition to standard nursing licensure.

Responsibilities

•  Provide first aid and emergency care to employees when needed.
  
•  Manage workplace injuries and coordinate further medical treatment.
  
•  Maintain health records and employee medical files.
  
•  Support health and wellness programs (e.g., vaccinations, health checks).
  
•  Monitor and report health hazards at the workplace.
  
•  Conduct health awareness sessions and safety training.
  
•  Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety regulations.
  
•  Maintain medical supplies and first aid kits.
  
•  Support during workplace inspections or audits.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing (Registered Nurse).
  
• Valid nursing license.
  
• Advanced EMT (Advanced Emergency Medical Technician) qualification required.
  
• Experience in occupational health setting preferred.
  
• Basic knowledge of health & safety regulations.
  

Experience

• B.Sc Nursing: 3+ Years
  
• GNM: 4+ Years
  
• Continuous experience required
