About the Role

Are you a Dutch speaker looking for an exciting international career opportunity?

We are currently hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a dynamic and fast-growing team supporting one of the world's leading digital advertising platforms.

In this role, you will work with business clients across Europe, helping them maximize their online presence while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This is a fully remote position based in Portugal.

What You'll Do

• Provide professional support to business customers via phone, email, and chat.
  
• Assist clients in navigating and using digital advertising tools and self-service platforms.
  
• Deliver both pre-sales and post-sales support.
  
• Investigate and resolve technical and account-related issues.
  
• Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication with customers.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve clients' advertising performance and overall experience.
  
• Collect valuable customer feedback and contribute to service improvements.
  

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level).
  
• Good command of English (B2 minimum).
  
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  
• Comfortable working with online platforms and digital tools.
  
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  
• Customer-focused, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
  
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, sales support, or digital marketing is a plus.
