We are currently looking for a Bilingual French & English Customer Consultants

This is a fully remote position in Portugal, offering the opportunity to work in an international environment while supporting a globally recognised brand.

Your Role

As a Customer Consultant, you will ensure that members receive high-quality support and a seamless streaming experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing support to French-speaking customers via phone, email and chat
  
• Troubleshooting technical and account-related issues
  
• Guiding users through platform features and functionality
  
• Ensuring an excellent customer experience at every interaction
  
• Gathering customer feedback to support service improvements
  

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent French and English (C1/C2 level)
  
• Previous customer support experience is a plus
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment
  
• Customer-focused mindset
  

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Compensation Package:

• Base Salary: €920
  
• Performance Bonus (max): €360
  
• Language Allowance (French + English): €250
  
• Meal Allowance: €10.20/day (≈ €214/month)
  
• Assiduity Allowance: €110
  
• Flex Work Allowance: €60
  
  

Total potential monthly package: approx. €1,900+
