About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project ownership, cross-functional leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

• Planning & Budgeting: Develop project plans, estimate budgets, and allocate resources effectively.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Align teams across Media, Operations, Training, and Marketing to ensure smooth execution.

• Team Leadership: Guide junior team members, delegate tasks, and ensure accountability.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, resolve challenges, and ensure project continuity.

• Stakeholder Management: Build strong external relationships and handle sensitive situations and negotiations professionally.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor project performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.

• Process Improvement & AI Adoption: Improve workflows and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant project management experience.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and guiding junior team members.

• Experience in startups, SMEs, or service-provider organizations is preferred.

• Candidates from the development sector must have experience working on the implementing partner or vendor side.

• Ability to independently manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and risk management.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to manage external relationships and handle sensitive situations with diplomacy.

• Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting.

• Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity and streamline workflows.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and prioritization skills.
