About the Role
We're hiring a Mid-Level Product Designer with a strong eye for visual design who already uses AI as a core part of their design process. You'll own features across our web and mobile products, from understanding the problem to polished, production-ready UI.

Our design team owns the experience end to end, from research to shipped UI. We treat AI as part of how we work every day, not a side experiment.

Responsibilities

●      Design end-to-end hiring experiences for job seekers and employers: search, apply, track applications, post jobs, and manage candidates

●      Make complex hiring concepts simple and clear, such as matching, application status, screening, pricing plans, and subscription limits

●      Design for every state and edge case, not just happy paths: empty, loading, error, rejected, expired, and success

●      Craft polished, on-brand visual design and assets: UI, iconography, illustrations, and in-app and marketing visuals

●      Use AI as a main part of your daily process: research synthesis, ideation, UX copy, visual exploration, rapid prototyping, and design-to-code

●      Build high-quality prototypes, with motion where it helps, to communicate flows, transitions, and system feedback

●      Work closely with product and engineering to make sure designs are accurate, feasible, and scalable

●      Contribute to our design system and to consistent patterns across WUZZUF, Forasna, and Recruitera, in both Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR)

Document and share the AI workflows that work, so the whole design team gets faster

Requirements

Must-have:

●      3–5 years of experience as a product or UI/UX designer on shipped web or mobile products

●      A portfolio that shows strong visual craft (typography, layout, color, iconography) alongside end-to-end case studies

●      Real examples of AI in your daily design workflow, such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Figma AI, with a clear impact on speed or quality, not just side experiments

●      Strong at designing end-to-end flows across multiple states and edge cases

●      Able to explain complex information (status, pricing, limits, rules) in ways that reduce uncertainty and build trust

●      Solid UX/UI fundamentals and the ability to deliver polished, production-ready designs

●      Clear communication in English, written and spoken

Nice to have:

●      Experience designing job platforms, marketplaces, HR tech, or B2B SaaS products

●      Experience designing bilingual Arabic/English (RTL/LTR) interfaces

●      Understanding of MENA users and how they search and apply for jobs

●      Experience with AI design-to-code tools such as Figma Make, Claude Code, Cursor, or Figma MCP

●      Has built AI resources for a team, such as prompt libraries, custom GPTs, Claude projects, or automations

●      Data-informed design experience, such as A/B testing and analytics

●      Illustration skills
