7052 - Senior Scrum Master (Program Manager)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead and guide multiple Agile teams within a SaaS product development environment. This role will drive Scrum adoption, facilitate collaboration between Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals.

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably within a SaaS/software product development organization.
Experience in Agile Project/Program Management is highly desirable.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
Experience with Jira and collaboration tools such as MS Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
CSM, PSM, or equivalent Agile certification highly desirable.
Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours, with occasional follow-up outside standard hours when required.
Advanced English proficiency for communication with international teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple Agile/Scrum teams, promoting Agile principles and continuous improvement.
  
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  
• Coach and mentor teams on Scrum, Kanban, Agile principles, roles, and best practices.
  
• Foster collaboration, self-organization, transparency, and effective conflict resolution.
  
• Partner with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to align priorities and product goals.
  
• Track and report project health, team velocity, delivery progress, and Agile metrics.
  
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase team productivity and delivery efficiency.
  
• Manage multiple priorities and projects in remote/geographically distributed environments.
