This role acts as the primary operational engine driving internal change across the company's global BPO footprint. Reporting directly to the COO, this senior individual contributor role focuses on project execution. You will personally plan, orchestrate, and execute high-stakes internal initiatives including post-merger acquisition integrations, cross-regional projects, and global operational standardization.

📍 Location: San Salvador, El Salvador

What You'll Do:

● Portfolio Execution: Translate the operational vision into concrete project plans, tracking execution across all global delivery sites.

● M&A Operational Integration: Hand-hold the post-acquisition process by mapping, aligning, and merging the operations, infrastructure, and workflows of acquired companies.

● Cross-Regional Standardization: Standardize internal operating procedures across different geographies to eliminate regional silos and duplicate workflows.

● Global Change Coordination: Manage the logistical and operational realities of internal rollouts, balancing different time zones, cultural nuances, and regional requirements.

● Risk & Dependency Mapping: Work with department leaders to identify and track project dependencies across IT, HR, Finance, Legal and Operations departments globally to flag and solve bottlenecks before they delay deadlines.

● Operational Reporting: Provide the senior leadership team with clear, data-backed visibility into project health, financial synergy targets, and milestone achievements.

What We're Looking For:

● Experience: 10+ years of project and program management experience focused on management of countrywide as well as global projects, including post M&A integration, ideally within a global BPO or tech-enabled services company.

● Influence: Exceptional ability to align regional heads and functional leaders globally behind project timelines without having direct authority over them.

● M&A Experience: Experience managing the operational integration phases of corporate acquisitions.

● Global Navigation: Proven capability supporting projects spanning multiple continents (e.g., AMER, EMEA, APAC), with a strong grasp of how regional operational differences affect timelines.

● Execution Focus: A hands-on builder mindset, capable of both designing high-level project roadmaps and executing the daily tasks required to meet them.

● Methodologies: Deep expertise in standard project management (PMP, Agile) and structured change management practices.
