The Operations Manager is responsible for executing account-level strategies through the planning, coordination,

and motivation of the Team Leaders under their supervision, in order to deliver a quality service that meets the

account's standards. The role also requires maintaining consistent, proactive communication with the client.

📍 Location: San Salvador, El Salvador

⏰ Work Mode: Work from Office

What You'll Do:

• Ensure that the account's staffing needs are consistently met.
• Monitor and drive the productivity and quality performance of assigned teams.
• Continuously develop and coach team members to support their growth.
• Maintain ongoing, proactive communication with both internal teams and the client.
• Identify performance trends and implement corrective action plans as needed.
• Partner with the client to align on account goals, KPIs, and service expectations.

What We're Looking For:

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel
• Creation and presentation of advanced charts and graphs
• Pivot tables
• Lookup functions (VLOOKUP)
• Cell formatting
• Advanced filters
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field –Preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience managing and leading personnel
