We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Bakery Man in Kuwait. Our client is a catering organization serving sectors including oil-field and rig catering. The company states that it operates with ISO 22000:2018 certification and HACCP practices. We are seeking skilled, motivated bakery professionals capable of handling high-volume production in offshore/onshore catering environments. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake fresh breads, cookies, pastries, puddings, pies, tea cakes, cakes, and other bakery products according to daily production requirements.
  
• Produce sufficient bakery items to support four tea-time services for offshore/onshore rig crew members.
  
• Plan and execute high-volume bakery production while meeting strict daily service schedules.
  
• Operate industrial bakery equipment including mixers, proofers, deck ovens, convection ovens, and dough sheeters safely and efficiently.
  
• Maintain strict HACCP, food-safety, personal-hygiene, and sanitation standards throughout preparation and production.
  
• Follow FIFO stock-rotation procedures for bakery ingredients and monitor proper storage practices.
  
• Perform daily cleaning and scheduled deep sanitation of bakery equipment, preparation tables, and production areas.
  
• Prepare bakery varieties suitable for differing dietary and menu requirements in a remote catering environment.
  

Required Skills

1. Bread & Bakery Production: Strong practical knowledge of dough preparation, proofing, shaping, baking, and finishing.
   
2. Pastry & Confectionery: Ability to produce cookies, pastries, puddings, pies, tea cakes, cakes, and similar products consistently.
   
3. HACCP & Food Safety: Practical understanding of HACCP procedures, hygiene controls, contamination prevention, and safe food handling.
   
4. Industrial Bakery Equipment: Hands-on capability with industrial mixers, proofers, deck/convection ovens, and dough sheeters.
   
5. High-Volume Production: Ability to maintain quality, consistency, and timing when preparing bakery products for large crew populations.
   

Preferred Skills

• Previous industrial catering or remote-site bakery experience.
  
• Offshore/onshore oil & gas camp or marine-vessel catering exposure.
