Marketing Executive

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Marketing Executive in Pondicherry, Puducherry. Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing activities to promote automobile products and services in the assigned market.
  

• Generate prospective customer leads through field activities, campaigns, referrals, and digital channels.
  

• Follow up with enquiries and coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversions.
  

• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, events, and local marketing activities.
  

• Maintain customer and prospect information accurately in CRM or lead-tracking systems.
  

• Conduct local market research and monitor competitor promotions, pricing, and customer trends.
  

• Track campaign responses, enquiries, and lead conversion performance.
  

• Build relationships with prospective customers and support showroom or sales promotional initiatives.
  

Required Skills

1. Lead Generation: Ability to identify and develop prospective customer leads through multiple marketing channels.
   

2. Marketing Campaign Execution: Understanding of promotional activities, campaigns, and customer acquisition.
   

3. Customer Follow-up: Ability to manage enquiries and systematically follow up with prospects.
   

4. CRM & Lead Tracking: Working knowledge of maintaining customer information and lead status.
   

5. Market Research: Ability to understand local market conditions, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
   

Preferred Skills

• Automobile industry exposure
  

• Digital and social media marketing knowledge
  

• Experience supporting sales or showroom promotional campaigns
  

Work Experience Requirements

The position requires 1 year of work experience. Candidates with experience in marketing, lead generation, customer acquisition, field marketing, or sales-support activities are relevant to the role. Automotive industry exposure would be an advantage.

Education

• Minimum: Typical qualification — Any Bachelor's Degree
  

• Preferred: Typical — BBA/B.Com/B.Sc or qualification related to Marketing
  

• Additional: Digital Marketing or CRM certification would be an advantage
