Junior Business Development

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves B2B sales, business development, client engagement, and marketing activities within the engineering services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify B2B leads in domestic and international markets.
  
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain an active sales pipeline
  
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online lead generation
  
• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events
  
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
  

Requirements

• B.Tech in related discipline/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration;MBA preferred
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Account Management.
  
• Candidates with experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development within the Oil & Gas, Offshore, or Marine sectors will be preferred
  
• Exposure to engineering services or industrial business environments will be an advantage.
  
• Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, and online lead generation is desirable
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  
• Willingness to travel for business development activities
