Evolve Roofing LLC is looking for a driven sales professional to join our team as an In-Home Roofing Sales Representative.

If you're confident talking with customers, comfortable closing deals, and motivated by performance-based income, this is an opportunity to put your sales skills to work.

You'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have scheduled appointments, learn about their needs, present roofing solutions, and guide them through the buying process from consultation to close.

You don't need to be a roofing expert on day one. We’re looking for someone who knows how to build trust, communicate value, overcome objections, and close sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled, pre-qualified appointments
• Conduct professional in-home consultations
• Build rapport and understand each customer's needs
• Present Evolve Roofing's products and solutions
• Explain the value and benefits of recommended roofing solutions
• Answer questions and overcome customer objections
• Guide homeowners through the decision-making process
• Close sales and complete customer agreements
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer interactions, and sales activity
• Work with the sales team to continually improve your approach and results

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a proven salesperson who is confident, personable, and motivated to earn based on performance.

You should have:

• Previous sales experience with a track record of closing deals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to quickly build trust and rapport with customers
• Confidence handling objections and asking for the sale
• A consultative, customer-focused approach
• Strong self-motivation and a competitive drive
• A professional and respectful demeanor when working inside customers' homes
• Strong problem-solving skills
• A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• A reliable mobile device with cellular data
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation

Commission-Only
