We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Enablement team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless sales operations, accurate data management, efficient order processing, and exceptional support to our sales teams across multiple international territories.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales function through effective administration, reporting, customer data management, and process coordination.

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Enablement team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless sales operations, accurate data management, efficient order processing, and exceptional support to our sales teams across multiple international territories.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales function through effective administration, reporting, customer data management, and process coordination.
Key Performance Outputs
Sales Process & Order Management
- Support Key Account Managers with opportunity and sales order processing.
- Monitor order fulfilment status and resolve outstanding sales issues.
- Work closely with Sales Managers, Directors, and Account Managers to create and process sales orders.
- Liaise with Logistics and Operations teams regarding fulfilment timelines and delays.
- Process reallocations and create new sales orders where required.
- Ensure sales activities are completed within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate sales transaction records.
- Generate and process Return Authorisations (RAs).
- Support claims management and credit-related processes.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and credit management.
- Assist with credit insurance administration and system updates.
- Coordinate customer onboarding and setup processes.
- Manage Terms & Conditions documentation and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records within CRM and ERP systems.
- Ensure customer information is current, complete, and accurate.
- Capture and maintain sales leads from trade shows, customer enquiries, and campaigns.
- Manage customer distribution lists and sales-related databases.
- Assist with customer queries when Account Managers are unavailable.
- Provide support across multiple sales territories, including: Europe, Middle East/ Far East/ Asia, South America, Australia, United States, Mexico
- Prepare sales reports and provide real-time territory insights.
- Support audits and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with customer reviews, reporting, and annual SOP updates.
- Provide ad hoc support to ensure smooth sales operations.
Requirements
What We're Looking ForQualifications
- BCom Degree or Diploma with a major in: Marketing, Logistics, International Trade Or a related commercial qualification
- 2-4 years' relevant work experience.
- Experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Service, Commercial Administration, or a related role.
Technical Skills
- Experience working with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Experience managing customer data and sales-related administration.
- Understanding of commercial finance processes.
- Professional email communication skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Professional, discreet, and customer-focused approach.
