Urdu Teachers

Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Urdu language lessons to students across varying proficiency levels.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that adhere to prescribed teaching curriculum, incorporating various teaching methods and strategies.
- Assess and evaluate student progress and adapt teaching methods to cater to individual learning needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student engagement and growth.
- Prepare and administer periodic tests, quizzes, and other assessments to evaluate student performance.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic and behavioral issues.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Support extracurricular activities and promote the use of Urdu in practical settings.

Requirements:

- Proven experience of 1–2 years as an Urdu teacher or in a similar educational role.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in Urdu, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Capable of teaching students with different learning needs and levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a structured learning environment.
- Creative and flexible teaching approach to accommodate various learning styles.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail in planning and record-keeping.
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and positive educational atmosphere.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Urdu, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or similar credentials in education is preferred.
- Fluency in Urdu and a working knowledge of English.
- Familiarity with educational technology and digital resources for teaching.
- Experience using various language teaching methodologies and strategies.
