Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the section to ensure educational excellence and adherence to school policies.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the section, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment.
- Develop and implement instructional and extracurricular programs that support student growth and achievement.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop curricula that meet school standards and address students' academic needs.
- Monitor and evaluate teaching and administrative staff performance, providing feedback and professional development opportunities.
- Foster strong communication with parents, students, and stakeholders to build a supportive educational community.
- Handle disciplinary actions and resolve conflicts in accordance with school policies.
- Plan and manage the section's budget, ensuring resources are used effectively and efficiently.
- Implement strategies to enhance student enrollment and retention.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership or teaching capacity, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff and students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse groups.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of educational laws, regulations, and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Relevant teaching certifications or administrative credentials.
- Experience in curriculum development and educational program management.
- Competency in using educational software and technology to enhance learning outcomes.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a school setting.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position requiring commitment to school hours and occasional after-school meetings or events.
- On-site presence required to manage and oversee section operations effectively.
