Juniour Grades Teachers

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum program assigned.
- Prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to engage students in the learning process.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and effective educational environment.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of students' performance and progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's educational development.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and other school events.
- Manage classroom behavior to create a positive learning atmosphere.

Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with junior grades.
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate instructional strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a love for teaching and education.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification appropriate for junior grades.
- Proven experience as a teacher or in a similar educational role.
- Familiarity with current educational techniques and practices.
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance learning.
- Knowledge of the curriculum and educational trends related to junior grades.
