Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Change & Release Specialist

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead the management and deployment of updates within our SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem. Given the platform's biannual major functionality releases, this position is critical for evaluating the implications of new features and facilitating strategic discussions with key stakeholders to determine which enhancements align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey technical updates and drive adoption across the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end change management and release processes for the SuccessFactors solution.
  
• Conduct thorough impact assessments for the two major annual functionality updates.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze potential changes and formulate implementation strategies.
  
• Present complex system updates and change plans clearly to diverse audiences.
  
• Facilitate decision-making processes regarding which new features to prioritize and deploy.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  
• Proven track record in managing change for SAP SuccessFactors or comparable large-scale SaaS products.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies within enterprise software environments.
  
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations.
  
• Must be willing to undergo a mandatory Provident Fund (PF) verification process for all previous employers.
  
• Availability to work on-site at locations including Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.
  
• Readiness to work during general shifts and relocate if necessary for the role.
