Senior Consultant / Manager – SAP HCM Integration

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant or Manager to lead a critical integration initiative connecting SAP ERP (specifically the SAP HCM module) with the IFS enterprise system. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless data synchronization for employee information and timesheet hours between the two platforms. The position demands a deep understanding of HR master data, timesheet workflows, and system integration patterns. Based in one of our major Indian locations (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, or Gurgaon), this hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on a high-impact project with a team of professionals. The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 18 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for bridging the gap between SAP and IFS to maintain data integrity across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the technical integration strategy between SAP ERP/HCM and the IFS system.
  
• Manage the end-to-end data flow for employee master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across both platforms.
  
• Oversee the integration of timesheet processes, validating that hours and attendance data are correctly mapped and transferred.
  
• Maintain and optimize the "mini-master" data structures within the SAP environment to support seamless interoperability.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, test integration scenarios, and resolve any data synchronization issues.
  
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to go-live and post-deployment maintenance.
  
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards for data security and privacy during the integration process.

• Experience: 5 to 18 years of professional experience in SAP HCM and system integration projects.
  
• Technical Expertise: Proven proficiency in SAP ERP HCM modules, with specific focus on employee data management and timesheet configurations.
  
• Integration Knowledge: Strong background in integrating SAP systems with third-party ERPs, specifically IFS, is highly preferred.
  
• Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HR processes, including master data governance, employee details, and timesheet administration.
  
• Location & Work Mode: Must be willing to work in a hybrid capacity from one of the designated cities: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, or Gurgaon.
  
• Shift Availability: Must be available to work during the 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift window.
  
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate virtual interviews and cross-functional collaboration.
