Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Environments & Obfuscation Specialist to manage and optimize our non-production landscape. In this critical role, you will ensure the integrity and readiness of test environments by executing precise refresh cycles and maintaining strict data privacy standards through advanced anonymization techniques. As a key collaborator, you will work closely with Product Owners and senior leadership, requiring exceptional communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly. This position is ideal for a professional with deep expertise in SuccessFactors or equivalent enterprise HR platforms, dedicated to maintaining a secure and efficient development ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end management of non-production SuccessFactors environments to support development and testing initiatives.
  
• Execute and validate environment refresh processes in alignment with established SuccessFactors protocols.
  
• Implement and manage data obfuscation strategies to ensure personal information is securely anonymized within test datasets.
  
• Facilitate regular collaboration with Product Owners and leadership teams to align environment strategies with business goals.
  
• Deliver clear presentations and updates regarding environment status, data security measures, and project progress.
  
• Troubleshoot environment-related issues and ensure high availability for the development team.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HR technology or system administration.
  
• Proven expertise with SAP SuccessFactors is essential; strong proficiency in Workday or similar enterprise HR suites is an acceptable alternative.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage non-production landscapes, including environment refreshes and data masking.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of effectively presenting to executive leadership.
  
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and the importance of personal data anonymization.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  

Location and Compensation

• Salary Range: 20 to 24 LPA
  
• Locations: Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad
  
• Work Arrangement: On-site (Work from Office)
