Robotics & Industrial Automation Directorとして、SCARAおよび多関節ロボットを含む先進ロボットシステムの設計・開発・実装を統括するとともに、組織全体でIndustry 4.0およびIoT統合を推進していただきます。担当範囲は、PLCプログラミング、ROSベースのシステム、モーションコントロール、システムインテグレーション、さらにはリーン生産方式によるプロセス最適化にまで及びます。部門予算を管理し、プロダクト、オペレーション、データの各チームと部門横断的に連携し、日本の製造規格およびグローバルベストプラクティスとの整合を確保していただきます。

ROS/ROS2、ロボット知覚、SLAM、および実運用環境でのビジョン統合における実務経験

機能安全および産業用ロボット安全規格(ISO 13849、IEC 61508、ISO 10218、ISO/TS 15066)ならびに安全認証プロセスに関する専門知識

Gazebo、Siemens NX/Simcenter、CoppeliaSim/V-REP、MATLAB/Simulinkなどのツールを用いたデジタルツインおよびバーチャルコミッショニングの経験

IEC 62443などの規格を適用した産業・ロボットシステムのセキュリティ確保を含む、OT(運用技術)サイバーセキュリティに関する知見

Hands-on experience with ROS/ROS2, robot perception, SLAM and vision integration for real-world deployments

Expertise in functional safety and industrial-robot safety standards (ISO 13849, IEC 61508, ISO 10218, ISO/TS 15066) and safety certification processes

Digital-twin and virtual-commissioning experience using tools such as Gazebo, Siemens NX/Simcenter, CoppeliaSim/V-REP or MATLAB/Simulink

Operational-technology (OT) cybersecurity knowledge and experience applying standards like IEC 62443 to secure industrial and robotic systems

Experience with lean manufacturing/continuous improvement (Six Sigma, Kaizen), supplier/vendor integration and scaling automation in production; Japanese language proficiency and cross-cultural leadership experience in Japan
