Microsoft 365 Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to drive implementation, migration, and operational transformation projects for communication and collaboration platforms centered on Microsoft 365. The role involves leading digital workplace transformation and M365 modernization projects in collaboration with global teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Project management of Microsoft 365-related projects using a hybrid approach of waterfall and agile methodologies.
  

• Project promotion and facilitation as a Scrum Master.
  

• Team leadership and technical support in the areas of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Autopilot.
  

• Drive project planning, progress management, issue management, and risk management.
  

• Collaborate with and manage global teams in Japan and India.
  

• Manage member development, goal setting, evaluation, and performance management.
  

• Conduct requirements gathering, consulting, and proposal activities with clients.
  

• Prepare estimates and proposals and support the acquisition of new projects.
  

• Manage stakeholders, including clients and related parties.
  

Requirements

The requirements we are looking for:

• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
  

• General knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft 365.
  

• Experience in stakeholder management with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  

• Japanese: Fluent, with the ability to communicate complex business issues accurately and smoothly both orally and in writing.
  

• English: Advanced Business level, with the ability to conduct meetings independently, presentations, and negotiations with customers and internal stakeholders.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, and IAM-related projects.
  

• Experience with hybrid projects combining on-site and offshore resources.
  

• Experience with agile development or as a Scrum Master.
  

• Experience analysing customer issues and generating new proposals and projects.
  

• Experience in team management, talent development, and evaluation.
  

• Strong ownership and the ability to see projects through to completion.
