CONFIDENTIAL Scovai, a trailblazer in the Talent Acquisition & Recruiting sector, is seeking a visionary Country Digital Transformation Director to lead its Japan operations. Bilingual Japanese–English proficiency with deep understanding of Japanese business etiquette and stakeholder communication

Hands‑on experience integrating HR tech stacks (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, leading ATS and payroll systems) and managing end‑to‑end implementations

Expertise in Japan data protection (APPI), employee data privacy, and compliant cross‑border data transfer architectures

Proven success in organizational change management and adoption programs tailored to Japanese corporate culture, including HQ–subsidiary governance dynamics

Practical experience operationalizing AI/ML talent analytics (production deployment, model governance, fairness and explainability)
