Responsibilities

• Execute cash handling procedures and process billing transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  
• Manage customer interactions professionally, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to payments and accounts.
  
• Maintain strict attention to detail during all financial operations to prevent discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
  
• Operate billing software and perform basic computer tasks required for daily administrative duties.
  
• Apply specific knowledge of the jewellery industry to handle high-value transactions and client expectations appropriately.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the jewellery sector.
  
• Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with POS or billing software.
  
• Exhibit strong customer handling skills with a proven ability to provide excellent service.
  
• Show exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing cash and records.
  
• Have a solid understanding of cash handling protocols and billing operations.
  
• Salary range: ₹3 LPA.
