Summary
We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter specialized in Delivery Partner acquisition to join our IT Services team. This pivotal role focuses on managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hiring initiatives, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for our delivery operations. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency in sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes while maintaining strong communication with candidates throughout their journey, directly supporting the scalability and operational success of our service delivery arm.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive candidate follow-up strategies to maintain engagement and reduce drop-off rates during the hiring process.
  
• Manage all aspects of documentation and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  
• Utilize MS Excel and Google Sheets to track recruitment metrics, manage candidate databases, and generate performance reports.
  
• Leverage strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively persuade and guide candidates through the selection stages.
  
• Conduct salary and role negotiations to secure top talent within budgetary constraints.
  
• Oversee the full spectrum of HR recruitment activities, with a specific focus on bulk and volume hiring scenarios.
  
• Identify and source potential candidates through various channels to meet aggressive hiring targets.
