We are looking for a Product Intern to support our product development and management activities. The role involves researching user needs, analyzing market trends, assisting with product planning, and contributing to the improvement of our digital products and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in product research, planning, and development activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Understand user needs and help gather and analyze user feedback.
• Support the planning and documentation of product features and requirements.
• Collaborate with the product, technology, and marketing teams to support product initiatives.
• Assist in testing product features and identifying bugs or usability issues.
• Help prepare product documentation, reports, presentations, and progress updates.
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements based on research and feedback.
• Support the coordination of product tasks, timelines, and project activities.
• Suggest ideas to improve user experience, product functionality, and engagement.
• Assist with other product-related activities as required.

Requirements

• Students pursuing a degree/diploma or recent graduates can apply.
• Basic understanding of product management, product development, or digital products.
• Interest in technology, AI, SaaS, Web3, or digital platforms.
• Good analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand user requirements and organize information effectively.
• Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, Jira, or Figma is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn about product strategy, feature planning, testing, and user experience.
• Previous project experience or relevant academic projects are an advantage but not mandatory.
