A Concord, NH law firm seeks a Trusts & Estates Associate to support a practice serving individuals and families with estate planning. The role offers meaningful responsibilities, professional development, and a path toward future leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Draft wills, trusts, and other estate-planning documents
Help clients develop planning strategies tailored to their goals and circumstances
Work closely with experienced attorneys on sophisticated T&E matters
Take on increasing responsibility for client relationships and matters

Requirements

3 - 5+ years of T&E experience preferred (1-2 years considered if drafting ability and fit are particularly strong)
Demonstrated estate-planning drafting experience (wills, trusts, related documents)
Strong research, writing, communication, and client service skills
Admitted to practice in New Hampshire (or eligible)
