Attend to customers professionally and provide a friendly and engaging shopping experience.

Understand customers' needs, recommend suitable products, and actively drive sales.

Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate.

Identify and approach potential business customers, including beauty shops, spas, retailers, and other relevant businesses.

Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers to encourage repeat business.

Follow up on sales leads, customer enquiries, and potential business opportunities.

Represent and promote the brand at pop-up markets, exhibitions, activations, and other relevant events.

Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing initiatives.

Develop creative ideas for promoting products through social media.

Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, product demonstrations, and other social media content.

Keep up with relevant beauty, fashion, and social media trends.

Maintain good product knowledge and confidently communicate product features and benefits to customers.

Support the overall growth of the shop and brand through excellent customer service, creativity, and proactive selling.

Requirements

Atleast 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or retail, preferably within a cosmetics, beauty, skincare, fashion, or related business.

Previous experience working in a cosmetics, beauty, or fashion store is highly desirable.

Strong sales ability with confidence approaching and engaging both individual and business customers.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Friendly, confident, approachable, and customer-focused personality.

Creative mindset with the ability to develop ideas for marketing products.

Comfortable creating social media Reels and short-form video content.

Good understanding of Instagram and TikTok.

Ability to work independently, follow up on leads, and take initiative in generating sales.

Professional appearance and good interpersonal skills.

Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
