Require a Business Development Officer in Nairobi,Kenya

• Develop strategies for growth in line with the overall UWS strategies and set targets.
  
• Facilitate member uptake of savings and credit products by developing and executing targeted mobilization strategies.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members to drive retention and referrals.
  
• Conduct regular visits and maintain consistent communication particularly following onboarding and after loan disbursement.
  
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and member needs, and present actionable recommendations to the management.
  
• Design member education programs in collaboration with the management and relevant Board committees to enhance member engagement.
  
• Support product development initiatives by relaying member feedback and market insights.
  
• Follow up on dormant accounts to drive reactivation
  
• Recruit new members through corporate partnerships and targeted outreach through existing members.
  
• Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or any other related field.
  
• Diploma in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
  
• Professional certification in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
  
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development, sales or marketing preferably in a financial institution,
