A Concord, NH firm is seeking an accomplished Real Estate Commercial Litigator to join as a lateral Non-Equity Partner. The firm can provide approximately 300-500 hours of firm-generated work to complement the partner's portable client base.

Key Responsibilities

Bring and grow an established real estate-focused commercial litigation practice
Manage sophisticated commercial disputes independently
Develop and maintain client relationships and originate new business
Handle approximately 300-500 hours of firm-generated work

Requirements

Established real-estate-based commercial litigation practice
Minimum $300,000+ portable book (larger strongly preferred)
Strong client relationships and business-development skills
Ability to manage sophisticated commercial disputes independently
Admitted and in good standing in New Hampshire
