Key Responsibilities

Maintain and grow an established corporate law practice
Manage existing client relationships and own the practice
Originate new business and drive business development

Requirements

Established General Corporate practice with a minimum $325,000+ portable book
Strong existing client relationships and practice ownership
Demonstrated business-development and origination skills
Admitted and in good standing in New Hampshire
