Role Overview

As a Globe Life Liberty National Insurance Agent, you'll be empowered to manage the entire sales journey, from initial contact to securing agreements. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Your daily activities will involve:

• Proactively reaching out to potential clients to introduce our insurance products and services.
• Conducting needs assessments to understand individual and family insurance requirements.
• Presenting tailored insurance solutions and explaining policy details clearly.
• Guiding clients through the application process and ensuring all documentation is accurate.
• Closing sales and finalizing agreements with new and existing customers.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
• Managing your schedule effectively to meet client appointments and achieve sales targets.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Successful agents can expect to earn between $60,000 and $120,000 annually, based on performance and sales success.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Reliable transportation to meet with clients.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• To be 18 years of age or older.
• A valid driver's license.
• A mobile device and home internet access.
• The ability to obtain Life and Health Insurance licensing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
