What You'll Do Day-to-Day

• Engage with Customers: Enthusiastically greet and assist every customer who walks through our doors, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

• Needs Assessment: Actively listen to customers to understand their individual needs and preferences.
• Sales and Solutions: Present products and solutions that best meet customer requirements, demonstrating their value.
• Transaction Processing: Efficiently and accurately process sales transactions, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a well-organized and inviting sales floor.
• Merchandising Support: Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining product displays to enhance the customer experience.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a commission-only role, offering significant earning potential. Successful sales professionals can expect to earn between $65,000 and $120,000 annually. We believe in rewarding hard work and dedication, providing a clear path to substantial income based on your performance.
