Job Description

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Project Director in Qatar. Our client, Danem Engineering Works W.L.L, is seeking a highly experienced professional to provide strategic and operational leadership for major projects. Key Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of assigned projects.
  
• Establish project objectives, execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and performance targets.
  
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams.
  
• Monitor project costs, schedules, resources, quality, and contractual deliverables.
  
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout project execution.
  
• Ensure project activities comply with applicable quality, safety, engineering, and contractual requirements.
  
• Identify major project risks and implement appropriate mitigation and recovery strategies.
  
• Provide senior management with regular reports on project performance, milestones, risks, costs, and delivery status.
  

Required Skills

1. Project Management: Ability to direct complex projects from planning through completion.
   
2. Mechanical Engineering: Strong technical foundation suitable for senior project leadership.
   
3. Project Execution: Experience overseeing multidisciplinary project delivery and milestones.
   
4. Cost & Schedule Control: Ability to monitor budgets, resources, schedules, and project performance.
   
5. Contract & Stakeholder Management: Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
   

Preferred Skills

• EPC/project delivery exposure.
  
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
  
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary project teams.
  

Work Experience Requirements

The posting specifies 20–25 years of experience. Candidates should have extensive senior-level experience relevant to project execution and leadership, with the ability to manage complex projects, multidisciplinary teams, budgets, schedules, and stakeholders.

Education
