HSE Officer

• Monitor site activities during night operations to ensure compliance with HSE policies.
  

• Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement preventive measures.
  

• Ensure adherence to Qatar government HSE approvals and project‑specific requirements.
  

• Support emergency drills, first‑aid readiness, and firefighting equipment checks.
  

• Document inspections, incidents, and corrective actions; submit reports to management.
  

• Conduct toolbox talks, inductions, and awareness sessions for night shift workers.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
  

• Valid HSE certifications (NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001 awareness).
  

• Previous Qatar government project approvals (mandatory).
  

• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience, including night shift/site supervision.
