Site Supervisor

• Oversee site activities during night operations, ensuring productivity and adherence to schedules.
  

• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and manage manpower on site.
  

• Ensure construction works meet approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
  

• Enforce HSE policies, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with Qatar government safety approvals.
  

• Prepare daily progress and incident reports for submission to project engineers and managers.
  

• Address site issues, defects, and rework requirements during night operations.
  

• Verify availability of materials, tools, and equipment for uninterrupted night shift work.
  

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
  

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as Site Supervisor / Foreman in large‑scale construction projects.
  

• Previous Qatar government project approvals (mandatory).
  

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing works, and site execution practices.
