Telecalling Executive

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Telecalling Executive in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers and leads through outbound telephone calls.
  
• Explain real estate projects, properties, and relevant offerings clearly to prospective customers.
  
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication to improve conversions.
  
• Identify customer requirements and share qualified leads with the sales team.
  
• Schedule appointments, site visits, or discussions for interested prospects.
  
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
  
• Coordinate with sales representatives regarding lead status and customer requirements.
  
• Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and lead-generation targets.
  

Required Skills

• Telecalling: Ability to handle outbound calls and engage prospective customers effectively.
  
• Lead Follow-up: Ability to consistently follow up with prospective customers and maintain lead momentum.
  
• Customer Handling: Ability to understand customer requirements and respond appropriately.
  
• Sales Communication: Clear and persuasive verbal communication for presenting property-related offerings.
  
• Lead Management: Ability to record and track enquiries, follow-ups, and lead status systematically.
  

Preferred Skills

• Previous exposure to real estate or construction sales.
  
• Familiarity with CRM or lead-management systems.
  
• Experience scheduling appointments or site visits from telephone enquiries.
  

Work Experience Requirements

The posting specifies 1–3 years of experience, while freshers are also eligible. Previous telecalling, telesales, customer service, lead generation, or real estate sales-support experience would be relevant to the position.

Minimum: Typical — Higher Secondary / Diploma / Any Graduate
Preferred: Typical — Any Graduate Requirements
Shift: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Work Days: Monday–Saturday
