Client Handling Executive

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Client Handling Executive in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities

• Manage client interactions and support day-to-day business operations.
  
• Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  
• Prepare and deliver client presentations based on business requirements.
  
• Prepare quotations and proposals and coordinate follow-ups with clients.
  
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are communicated accurately.
  
• Track sales targets and maintain relevant performance and client reports.
  
• Support client requirements involving traffic signal systems, digital signage, and related solutions.
  
• Maintain organized client records and documentation for effective follow-up.
  

Required Skills

• Client Management: Ability to coordinate client requirements and maintain professional relationships.
  
• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication for client interaction and follow-up.
  
• Relationship Building: Ability to develop and maintain productive client relationships.
  
• Technical Understanding: Ability to understand solutions sufficiently to coordinate between clients and technical teams.
  
• MS Office: Working knowledge for presentations, quotations, documentation, and reporting.
  

Preferred Skills

• Client presentation and proposal preparation.
  
• Sales target tracking and reporting.
  
• Familiarity with traffic signal systems or digital signage solutions.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates should have 2–7 years of experience. Relevant experience in client handling, client management, business operations, sales coordination, relationship management, or a related customer-facing environment is suitable for the responsibilities shown in the requirement.

Education

Minimum: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Com. / M.Com. / BBA / Other relevant qualification
Preferred: MBA
