Senior Business Development

Description

Mnzil is a fast-growing proptech company in Riyadh providing integrated workforce services (housing, transportation, catering and building operations) across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

We are looking for a Senior Business Development professional to own our biggest deals and directly drive revenue growth for our workforce housing and real estate platform as we scale across Saudi Arabia. You will own a portfolio of strategic accounts, lead complex negotiations and consistently exceed targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

• 6+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with a proven record of exceeding targets

• Strong negotiation and closing skills on high-value deals

• Fluent in Arabic, professional English

• Real estate, proptech or related industry experience is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

• Own and close high-value deals with strategic corporate accounts

• Lead complex multi-stakeholder negotiations from first contact to signed contract

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities

• Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas

• Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance updates to leadership
