Marketing Associate

Mnzil is a fast-growing proptech company in Riyadh providing integrated workforce services (housing, transportation, catering and building operations) across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

We are looking for a driven, adaptable and creative Marketing Associate to join our growing team. You will help plan and run multi-channel campaigns that build brand awareness, engagement and business growth. You won't just execute tasks: you will own specific projects, analyse performance and bring fresh ideas. This role suits someone who loves a fast-paced environment, can wear multiple hats and thrives with autonomy.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of marketing experience; agency or fast-growing startup experience is strongly preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field

• Able to juggle multiple projects, shift priorities quickly and meet tight deadlines

• High ownership and comfortable working with ambiguity

• Familiar with tools such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and Looker Studio

• Canva or Adobe Suite and WordPress/Webflow are a plus

• Fluent in Arabic and English

Roles And Responsibilities

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including events that generate leads

• Write engaging, on-brand copy for social media, email newsletters and events

• Schedule and monitor social media channels, engage with our community and track growth

• Run newsletters and basic automated email flows, testing layouts and subject lines

• Track and report marketing performance and turn data into quick, practical changes

• Work with design, sales and product teams to keep projects moving

• Support brand positioning, partnerships and community-building initiatives
