DTP OPERATOR

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and edit print‑ready designs and layouts for marketing for internal branding .
• Work extensively on CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator to create, modify, and optimize artwork as per client and internal requirements.
• Ensure all files are correctly formatted, colour‑corrected, and aligned with print standards (bleed, crop marks, resolution, CMYK/RGB).
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to convert rough inputs into clean, professional layouts.
• Maintain and organize design files, fonts, and templates in a structured manner for easy retrieval and version control.
• Check spelling, alignment, and overall layout accuracy before approving files for printing or digital use.

Assist in minor graphic design tasks such as logo modification, branding elements, and social‑media‑friendly graphics when required.

Requirements

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate / diploma in any discipline; degree/diploma in Graphic Design / DTP / Multimedia will be an added advantage.
• Mandatory working knowledge of CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator with hands‑on experience in preparing print‑ready files.
• 2–10 years of experience as a DTP operator or graphic‑design‑cum‑DTP role
• Good understanding of typography, layout principles, and basic colour management.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) for documentation.
