Our kindergarten is a full-time public kindergarten affiliated with the Basic Education Group (Longgang) of a university and sponsored by the Longgang District Government Kindergarten of Shenzhen City. The campus features a construction area of 1,085.31 square meters and an outdoor activity area of 660.01 square meters.

We are located close to DaYun Station, offering convenient access to the city. We provide a supportive environment for educators to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on young learners.

Curriculum Overview

Our English program is designed to build foundational language skills through engaging and interactive methods.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering English lessons and managing the daily classroom environment for young learners. This role involves working closely with local staff to ensure a nurturing and educational experience for all students.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 7:50am to 5:00pm
• One-hour lunch break
• Occasional half-day Saturday activities (Open day, New student interview day, parents' meeting, graduation ceremony, etc.)

Class Structure

• Class size: around 26 students
• Student age: 2 to 6 years old
• Classes: PN to K3
• Teaching team per class:
• Homeroom Teacher
• Assistant Teacher
• Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English courses including theme-based learning, Phonics, oral English, and story reading
• Guide and instruct students across different classes during working hours
• Maintain class discipline and manage student behavior
• Complete assignments allocated by the teaching management team
• Attend weekly meetings, parents' meetings, and other kindergarten activities as scheduled

Requirements

Requirements

• Native English Speaker from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa
• Bachelor degree or above (major in early childhood education or English field preferred)
• TESOL/TEFL certification is required
• Kids teaching experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to apply for a Chinese Z visa in an English teaching position
