We’re seeking experienced professionals to help attract and engage clients for personal development programs and leadership events. This remote role combines digital marketing, prospect conversations and consistent follow-up.

You’ll use established systems to generate enquiries, understand prospects’ interests and help them explore suitable programs.

This is a self-managed role with performance-based earnings linked to program sales. Uncapped income potential

Key Responsibilities

• Use digital marketing and social media to attract enquiries from prospective clients.
  
• Conduct initial phone and online conversations to understand prospects’ interests and goals.
  
• Share program information and guide interested prospects through a structured sales process.
  
• Maintain regular follow-up and accurate records of client communications.
  
• Build professional relationships through attentive listening and clear communication.
  
• Participate in ongoing marketing, sales and personal development training.
  
• Organise your schedule and manage your daily activities independently.
  

Requirements

• A minimum of eight years of professional work experience.
  
• Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills.
  
• Experience in sales, client acquisition, account management, recruitment or client service is helpful.
  
• Confidence speaking with new people and following up professionally.
  
• An interest in personal development and leadership education.
  
• Willingness to learn digital marketing methods and follow established systems.
  
• Strong organisation and the ability to work independently.
  
• A reliable internet connection, computer and phone.
  
• Comfort with a performance-based income structure without a fixed salary.
  

This role is not suitable for students or recent graduates.
