Teamworx is delighted to be partnering with Lorraine Keane Fashion Relief for Breast Cancer Ireland to recruit an experienced Boutique Manager for the Fashion Relief pre-loved boutique in Blackrock.

This is not a traditional charity retail role. We are looking for an established retail manager with a genuine passion for fashion, styling and commercial retail who can take full ownership of the boutique and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Fashion Relief brings together fantastic pre-loved fashion, from high-street favourites to premium and designer labels, giving clothing a second life while raising vital funds for Breast Cancer Ireland.

The Role

As Boutique Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation and commercial success of the boutique, including:

• Driving sales and achieving agreed retail targets
  

• Leading, motivating and managing the boutique team
  

• Delivering exceptional customer service
  

• Creating inspiring visual merchandising and styling standards
  

• Managing stock intake, selection, pricing and rotation
  

• Identifying pieces with strong resale potential
  

• Developing initiatives to increase footfall and repeat customers
  

• Working closely with Fashion Relief for Breast Cancer Ireland on promotions, events and campaigns.
  

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced retail manager currently operating at Store Manager, Senior Store Manager, Boutique Manager, Concession Manager or Department Manager level.

You will ideally bring:

• Strong fashion, premium, luxury or lifestyle retail experience
  

• Proven people-management and commercial retail experience
  

• Strong visual merchandising and styling skills
  

• A track record of driving sales, standards and customer experience
  

• Confidence working autonomously and taking ownership of store performance
  

• A genuine passion for fashion and creating an engaging boutique environment
  

• Full eligibility to work in Ireland on a permanent, full-time basis
