Martech Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior CDP / MarTech Engineer to support a Customer Data Platform (CDP) as part of a large-scale Personalization Program. Hands-on experience with Martech, CDP (Customer Data Platform), AWS, Databricks and Delta lake and Adobe Campaign Classic. This is a Remote role.

Exp in CDP and Personalization

 Required Skills

5+ years working directly in/on a CDP or similar MarTech data platform (configuration, activation, and support)

Hands-on experience with audience/segment building, identity resolution, and journey/orchestration tooling

Strong Databricks and Delta Lake experience (Unity Catalog, data-sharing connectivity)

AWS experience, particularly MSK/Kafka.

REST API integration experience with marketing execution platforms (ESP, push, SMS providers)

Adobe Campaign Classic experience - hands-on with workflows, campaign/journey setup, and API-based integration

API-first, composable architecture / connector-based integration experience

Experience implementing/maintaining a CDP Web SDK or similar client-side event tracking SDK (JavaScript) for behavioral/event data capture

Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills; comfortable being a hands-on point of contact for business-reported issues

Strong technical documentation skills

Experience with Airship or Infobip specifically

Experience with Optimizely or similar experimentation/feature-flagging platforms

Retail or membership industry experience

Experience supporting a live/production CDP platform end-to-end (not just implementation)
