Job Description

We are looking for an Accounting Analyst II with experience in accounting entries and proficiency in Microsoft Excel to support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and record management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and record accounting entries accurately and on time.

• Maintain and reconcile financial records and accounts.

• Assist in preparing financial reports and accounting schedules.

• Use Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and validate financial data.

• Review transactions and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Support month-end closing activities and other accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• At least3 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Hands-on experience in preparing and recording accounting entries.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis.

• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Good communication and organizational skills.
