Marketing Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Representative to support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotional programs, and brand awareness initiatives. This position works closely with the marketing team to help bring campaigns to market, communicate brand messaging, and support promotional activities.

The Marketing Representative will participate in a variety of marketing initiatives, including campaign implementation, promotional events, audience engagement, and the collection of market feedback. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is organized, professional, and interested in hands-on marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional programs
  
• Represent company brands, products, and services during marketing initiatives
  
• Communicate approved campaign messaging and product information to target audiences
  
• Assist with brand awareness and audience engagement activities
  
• Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and other marketing programs
  
• Prepare, organize, and distribute marketing and promotional materials
  
• Help ensure brand messaging is presented accurately and consistently
  
• Gather audience feedback and observations during active campaigns
  
• Track campaign activity and assist with basic marketing reports
  
• Provide the marketing team with feedback on campaign engagement and audience response
  
• Assist with market research and identifying relevant customer trends
  
• Maintain current knowledge of active campaigns, brand messaging, and promotional materials
  
• Coordinate with marketing and event teams on campaign schedules and resources
  
• Assist with evaluating campaign execution and identifying opportunities for improvement
  
• Support additional marketing projects and brand initiatives as needed
  

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate brand and campaign messaging clearly
Comfortable participating in customer-facing marketing and promotional activities
Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities
Strong follow-through and a professional approach to work
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Interest in marketing, branding, promotions, and consumer engagement
Previous experience in marketing, promotions, events, communications, or a related area is preferred
