Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced B2B sales professional with strong business development skills

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  

• Identify and acquire new customers, dealers, distributors, retailers, and business partners.
  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with jewellery retailers and wholesale buyers.
  

• Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, and customer visits.
  

• Manage sales negotiations, pricing, quotations, and commercial terms.
  

• Monitor sales performance, customer accounts, and market trends.
  

• Coordinate with production, inventory, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  

• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare MIS reports, and provide regular updates to management.
  

• Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's customer base
  

Requirements

• Strong B2B sales, business development, and negotiation skills.
  

• Experience in customer acquisition and relationship management.
  

• Knowledge of wholesale, retail, dealer, or distributor sales.
  

• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities.
  

• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team.
  

• Strong market analysis, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and sales reporting tools.
  

• Knowledge of jewellery products, designs, pricing, and market trends is an advantage.
  

Preferred Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  

• Experience in jewellery, gems and jewellery, precious metals, or luxury products preferred.
  

• Experience managing dealer, distributor, retailer, or wholesale customer networks.
  

• Any degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
