Retail Sales Head - Food

A chain of Restaurant/ QSR is looking for dynamic sales leader with strong experience in retail operations, revenue growth, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement retail sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  

• Manage sales performance across restaurant outlets, QSR branches, and food retail locations.
  

• Monitor daily sales, average billing value, customer footfall, and outlet performance.
  

• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through promotions, upselling, cross-selling, and local marketing.
  

• Lead, motivate, and train outlet managers and sales teams to achieve business targets.
  

• Monitor customer satisfaction, service quality, and customer feedback.
  

• Coordinate with operations, kitchen, marketing, procurement, and finance teams.
  

• Analyze sales reports, budgets, margins, and outlet-wise performance.
  

• Support new outlet launches, market expansion, and local business development.
  

Requirements

✔️ Strong retail sales and business development skills
✔️ Experience in QSR, restaurants, food chains, or food retail
✔️ Multi-outlet sales and team management
✔️ Sales forecasting, budgeting, and revenue optimization
✔️ Customer relationship management and complaint resolution
✔️ Upselling, cross-selling, promotions, and local marketing
✔️ Sales analysis, MIS reporting, and KPI tracking
✔️ Leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Knowledge of POS systems, Excel, and sales reporting tools

Preferred Experience

• 12+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in QSR, restaurant chains, or food service.
  

• Experience managing multiple outlets, sales teams, and revenue targets.
  

• Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
