Senior Bookkeeper

We’re looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join a U.S.-based accounting firm and support multiple clients with their day-to-day accounting needs. The ideal candidate has strong QuickBooks experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage bookkeeping activities for multiple U.S.-based clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Handle bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Prepare and maintain financial reports and assist with month-end close.

• Communicate with clients regarding accounting needs, questions, and follow-ups.

• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Bookkeeper, preferably for a U.S. accounting firm or serving multiple clients.

• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online.

• Solid understanding of U.S. accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.

• Advanced English, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
