Social Media & Live Commerce Associate

Talia Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic individuals to join its beauty and skincare marketing team. This role is ideal for university students, fresh graduates, or aspiring digital marketers who are passionate about beauty products, social media, content creation, and livestream selling.

The selected candidates will contribute to the company’s digital presence, engage with online audiences, promote beauty and skincare products, and support e-commerce and live commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Host or participate in livestream sessions to demonstrate and promote beauty and skincare products.
• Create short-form videos, Reels, Stories, product reviews, tutorials, and promotional content.
• Manage daily social media activities, content calendars, and audience engagement.
• Respond to comments, messages, product inquiries, and customer feedback when required.
• Support influencer collaborations, product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand-building activities.
• Assist with e-commerce operations, product listings, and online customer inquiries.
• Monitor social media engagement, audience growth, leads, livestream performance, and sales conversions.
• Use tools such as Canva, CapCut, and AI-powered content creation platforms to develop engaging content.
• Assist with Meta Ads and other digital marketing activities when required.
• Coordinate with team members, manage multiple priorities, and provide regular updates on tasks and campaign progress.
• Contribute creative ideas and identify emerging social media trends to improve brand visibility and sales performance.

Job Specification

Candidate Requirements

• Currently pursuing a university degree or recently graduated.
• Strong interest in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, lifestyle, and digital marketing.
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable presenting products in front of a camera.
• Good verbal communication skills and the ability to engage viewers during livestream sessions.
• Hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other social media accounts.
• Ability to create and edit short videos, Reels, and other engaging digital content.
• Good English writing skills, particularly for creating content targeting international audiences.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, and AI-based content creation tools.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce, product listings, customer inquiries, and online sales.
• Ability to track content performance, engagement, leads, and sales conversions.
• Creative thinking, awareness of current social media trends, and a willingness to learn.
• Responsible, punctual, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in livestreaming, product promotion, content creation, or live commerce.
• Experience with Meta Ads or other digital advertising platforms.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or e-commerce businesses.
